Payments and delivery

Payment links may be used only for an approved service or invoice. Confirm fit, scope and lawful delivery before purchasing a fixed diagnostic. Custom projects, retainers and licensing work require the applicable written agreement. Payment, cancellation, refund and delivery terms in the approved checkout, invoice or agreement control.

No guarantees

Market access, placement, revenue, crop performance, regulatory approval, commercial outcomes and licensing availability are not guaranteed.

Intellectual property

Farm Assist retains ownership of its background methods, brands, architectures, workflows, training, data models, reusable technology and trade secrets unless a signed agreement states otherwise.
